The 2 bedroom that we book was huge. Loved the space. Morning breakfast was average, nothing to wow but at least the spread was decent. I will recommend families to book this 👍

The room is very spacious. But require ¥500/room deposit. I booked for 3 rooms, but another room is on another floor. A bit inconvenience for us. Others no issue.

The room was big and very spacious. It was nice to have our family get to be in the same room without crowding and limited space. The kitchen and laundry was functional. We were able to enjoy the pool and had a relaxing moment at the spa. Take outs and food delivery was so convenient since grocery and restaurants are within the building, no need to go out. You can also do shopping hassle free.

Awesome!
Good breakfast, nice location, good room.
Gym is actually surprisingly good, compared to other hotels.
Only issue - internet connection, both wi-fi and cellular worked horribly on 26th floor.

The property is in Raffles City. Very convenient for meeting with friends and business meetings. Room is clean though the property is getting a bit old. The breakfast was good and the staff was attentive.

We stayed at this hotel twice during our stay in Chengdu. They were able to store our luggage while we explored Jiuzhaigou. Rainbow at the front desk kindly upgraded us to the huge 3-bed. The apartment was spacious with all the amenities including the washer/dryer. There was also a balcony overlooking the beautiful complex.
The concierge team also kindly helped us locate our package.
I will definitely stay here again!
