Environment: It’s known as a Kuanzhai Alley store, but it takes half an hour to walk there. Except for two restaurants nearby, it doesn’t feel busy. Service: The young man at the front desk had a good attitude. He reported problems and went to the room to check the lights and water. However, these problems were not something he could solve, and I felt he was helpless. Security: The elevator has no access control, and takeaway food can be delivered directly to the door of the room. While having breakfast, I heard the table next door complaining about this hotel. It was really bad.
