My third time booking and staying here. Decent place with huge mall right beside the hotel. Excellent customer service

Nice clean hotel with decent sized rooms. Great location for restaurants and shopping - mall across the road. Close enough to the panda center too which was why we chose it. Breakfast was ok. No coffee - I expected it but it always comes as a shock 🤣🤣🤣. Hood coffee available across the road.

And their shower room is separated into dry and wet areas, and the shower gel is really easy to use and smells good. I will definitely come to this hotel again when I come to Chengdu later!

First of all, I would like to thank the front desk girl for upgrading me to a double bed with a view for free. I can see far away, and the scenery is also very good. Their washing machine with drying machine is also very convenient. I plan to choose this hotel when I come to Jianshe Road next time.

The environment is OK. What's speechless is that two things were left behind. When I called them, they said they didn't see them. The shark clip and the charger are not dirty things.
