An Unforgettable Stay ！
True 5-Star Experience at The Ritz-Carlton, Chengdu
Our last two nights in Chengdu were truly the highlight of our trip ！An experience that perfectly lived up to its Forbes 5-star reputation.
From the moment we arrived, everything was seamless. The doorman greeted us warmly, remembered my surname, and personally delivered our luggage to our room. But what truly made our stay exceptional was the outstanding service from Meria, the guest relations manager. She was like our personal concierge , helping to deliver my parcels from the concierge to our room, assisting us with getting prescription medicine late at mid of night, and even sending thoughtful gifts like fresh fruit and panda bookmarks.
Every detail reflected genuine care and professionalism. Staying here with my parents was an absolute joy , the comfort, warmth, and attentiveness made us feel completely at home.
I can confidently say that The Ritz-Carlton, Chengdu is the pinnacle of all the hotels I’ve stayed in.
Thank you, Meria, and the entire Ritz-Carlton team, for making our family trip to Chengdu such a memorable one. ❤️

Nestled in the heart of Chengdu near Tianfu Square, The Ritz-Carlton offers a perfect blend of urban vibrancy and serene luxury. From the moment I arrived, the staff embodied the brand’s "Ladies and Gentlemen" service philosophy.
My room on the 37th floor. The floor-to-ceiling windows framed stunning skyline views; by day, I overlooked Tianfu Square’s bustling energy, and by night, the city’s lights created a captivating blue-hued atmosphere. The room’s layout was thoughtful, featuring a walk-in closet and a spacious bathroom with a deep soaking tub, while the Diptyque toiletries added a touch of indulgence. Its location was another highlight: a short walk to Chunxi Road and a quick taxi ride to Kuanzhai Alleys, letting me seamlessly switch between luxury and local culture. This stay wasn’t just about comfort; it was about thoughtful details and warm service that captured Chengdu’s essence. I‘ve already planning my return.

Our stay was perfect from check-in to check-out. My wife and I had been traveling through the Sichuan mountains, and it was such a comfort to arrive at the Ritz-Carlton and relax in style. The service, atmosphere, and attention to detail made it the ideal way to unwind after our adventure. A special mention to the intern who will be graduating soon—he was exceptionally friendly and helpful. I wish him all the best in his studies and future career.

房間設計屬於古早風，貌似2013開業，2017又小規模裝修過，整體維護的不錯啦，辦理入住、退房，快捷，服務都超好。
行政酒廊一日五餐，帶爸媽、小朋友，不能吃辣的強烈推薦，幾乎全天過去都有東西享用。

出行還得住的好，這家麗思卡爾品質在線，公區環境大氣高雅，各處的擺花碰巧用了我最喜歡的粉綠配色，説是出自她家在一樓自己的花房，擺花搭配的很美。酒店房間面積大、用品好、細節處用心，住的用的很舒服，客房服務也很細緻，跟朋友出遊住了三晚，每天都特地留出時間回到酒店房間泡茶聊天，很愜意。餐廳菜品也不錯，員工服務也很到位。離店後也有電話回訪收集體驗與建議反饋，很用心。
給酒店提兩點建議吧，為了好上加好：一是公區的香氛太香了，是濃郁的沙龍香，顯得廉價了，也可能是太喜歡嘉裏跟香格里拉的香味了。二是房間一次性的牙刷質量太差了，其他用品都很不錯，就顯得牙刷更差了，牙膏也味道奇奇怪怪，其實就普通的高露潔或者中華牙膏這種就好了，不要搞其他奇怪的牌子，薄荷味不夠，搭配刺喇的刷毛，早知道就自帶牙刷牙膏了，建議酒店更換牙刷牙膏。
其他都很好，沒啥可挑的，會選擇再次入住，推薦！

作為同行客觀體驗來説，設施配套老舊一是時代久遠，二是受大環境很多因素下，財務決策不是幾個人能左右的，至於最基礎的，衞生，餐飲，服務等，是可以保持自己品牌slogan的，既然有些方面無法短時間左右，但是最基本的用户體驗是可以加強管理與培訓的，希望成麗能砥礪前行。

Great customer service and very thoughtful.
Concierge staff - Cherry is outstanding. Very professional and friendly service. Proactive and caring for solo travellers. Lift up a high benchmark for other hotel operators.
Room service food quality is outstanding. Highly recommended. Chinese restaurant on level 26 also nice to visit. Tasting the clear broth soup was a very dedicated experience.
I remembered the chef was named Alan if not wrong
