Great customer service and very thoughtful. Concierge staff - Cherry is outstanding. Very professional and friendly service. Proactive and caring for solo travellers. Lift up a high benchmark for other hotel operators. Room service food quality is outstanding. Highly recommended. Chinese restaurant on level 26 also nice to visit. Tasting the clear broth soup was a very dedicated experience. I remembered the chef was named Alan if not wrong

A Truly Exceptional 9-Day Stay at The Ritz-Carlton, Chengdu We recently spent 9 days and 8 nights at The Ritz-Carlton Chengdu, and it was an absolutely wonderful experience from start to finish. The service at the Club Lounge was outstanding—warm, personalized, and consistently attentive. Jacey, Jasmine, Cathy, Ricky, and Ann truly made our stay memorable. They not only greeted us by name but also remembered our usual preferences, making each visit to the lounge feel special and welcoming. Their attention to detail and genuine hospitality stood out every single day. We also want to highlight the efficiency of the room service reception and room service team, who were consistently swift and responsive in attending to our requests. Whether it was a simple need or a last-minute call, the service was prompt and courteous every time. A big thank you as well to the concierge team for handling our transport needs so smoothly. Special thanks to Evan, who went above and beyond to help us secure entrance tickets to the Panda Research Base when we had trouble booking it ourselves. There were many other team members who contributed to making our stay comfortable—even though we didn’t manage to get everyone’s names, we sincerely appreciate their dedication. Thank you to the entire team at The Ritz-Carlton Chengdu for making our visit so enjoyable and seamless. We truly look forward to returning again in the future.

It is excellent stay in chengdu . Very relaxing comfortable. Friendly staff . Lot of food availability near areas like McDonald’s, subway, Chinese foods , barbecues etc . In street can found lot fresh fruit sellers .

It is undoubtedly one of the best Ritz I have been̈ to. Value for money, service, attention to detail, the spa & pool. Only I got charged 170 RmB for a pair of trousers & 1 shirt; which still ĺeave this Ritz 10 out of 10.

Very nice and comfortable hotel. All staff are nice and helpful, especially those at the Executive Lounge. The food at the Lounge is very delicious and the chef can prepare our dishes according to our needs. However it is a bit far from the nearby shopping areas, a 20-25 mins walk is needed. We will choose this hotel again if we visit Chengdu again in future.
