Location is great for the Panda Base! The staff are very helpful and the room was amazing.. Super comfortable bed and pillows, coffee and tea, super soft towels..Spacious and spotlessly clean. There is a large shopping mall just minutes away with a large good court. Buses run to Panda Base and Didi cars and taxis stop just around the corner.

Absolutely amazing experience. Rooms are very spacious and clean, and the staff are out of this world. There are both washers and dryers available which was a nice addition. Very convenient location for the Panda Research Centre, but fairly far away from both the city centre and the airport. If I returned to Chengdu, I would most definitely stay here again, 10/10!

酒店床單下面壓着許多毛髮，床上也有很多毛髮，枕頭背面露出內裏的那部分發黃，被子的被角有些許污點，衞生做的不到位，其他的都可以

在他們家是第一次入住，自己住過很多酒店，但是本次的入住體驗感整體是非常不錯的，前台的小姐姐服務很貼心，他們家設施設備還是比較全 ，有健身房那些，房間那個床墊好像還是零壓的，很舒適，房間整體比較安靜，退房的時候，東西落下了，讓前台小姐姐幫我叫車送，他們就立馬叫車幫我送了 ，總之服務很好，推薦RR
