Front desk officers were very helpful and we are very impressed on their willingness to assist us. Since we couldn’t speak Chinese, they used translation apps to communicate with us. They also helped call a Didi rider and explained the driver where our destination was.
We booked 2 non-smoking rooms and we could get what we had requested. The rooms were big, clean and well equipped with facilities. Our rooms were quite quiet and we rarely heard sound from the street.
Breakfast was also really good and there were varieties of choices. Foods were not too spicy and we could enjoy them every morning.

very pretty renovated hotel, in great location easy for cab to pick up and drop off. thanks for the free upgrade and the room layout is good with a small living with a projector

Service was really good. The rooms are perfectly clean.
The location of the hotel is in the center of Chengdu, so you can reach a lot of locations by foot or within a couple of subway stations. 小新

Spacious and clean room. Friendly staff with good provision of amenities. If you like Chinese breakfast, it provides a good quality selection together with some very basic western choices. Will definitely consider returning if we visit Chengdu again.

The location is awesome, walking distance to lots of attactions and metro station. The hotel itself is clean and we got a free upgrade which is awesome. Despite at the roadside, there is no noise at all and we all get to sleep. The free afternoon tea and goodnight soup are definitely bonus.
