這是一次很糟糕的出行體驗，半夜三點，房間房頂漏水，水流成河，給前台打了電話，由於時間太晚，也不想麻煩人僅僅更換了房間，第二天醒來從我睜眼到中午離店，店方都沒有人找過我提出解決，哪怕連句對不起都沒有，僅有換房時的保安大叔安慰了幾句，行李箱裏的衣服都侵濕了，就這種服務體驗，我打0.5分都打多了。

酒店在小區裏面環境不錯，停車停地下停車場，晚上睡起也很舒服，離高速萬達還有奧特萊斯也比較近，下次來雙流繼續住

五層，房間不錯，雖然旁邊有街道但是很安靜，我住在角間，兩側都有窗户，很通透。淋浴，衞生間有磨砂玻璃從卧室中隔離出來，一個人住不錯。卧室設施不錯，有歐洲和香港的三頭充電口，還有國內的三頭充電口，四樓有眾多棋牌室，洗衣間和健身房一起在一個房間，有一個跑步機和幾個啞鈴，兩台洗衣機。前台小姐姐小夥子很熱情很幫忙，清潔房間的阿姨也很友善，地下層免費停車，不遠處有快充站，距離機場不到三十分鐘，很方便，前台二十四小時都有人，如有需要會再來。
