Wonderful place to stay in Chengdu! Very central and perfect for our time in this great city. Service is impeccable and our housekeeper was amazing. The room was perfect,there was a lot of amenities available, loved the view and the vibe in this room. High pressure shower, english speaker staff, great sound system (Bose speakers). I highly recommend this hotel. The only thing that should be fixed is the noisy steam fireplace.

We stayed only for 3 days, but the place is amazing. The panoramic view can be enjoyed more than this :). Location was convenient with clarets connectivity to the subway and walking distance to the nearby shopping streets. Xuemei and Lanlan helped us sooner out some minor logistical challenges, arranged a custom breakfast outside of the regular hours and made the stay perfect.

Great hotel in the city center.

Hotel is located at a very convenient place at Tianfu square near the metro, and within shopping district. The check-in lobby is at level 37, not difficult to access. Beside the cleanliness, nice design and the spacious room, I have to commend the kind and professional check-in staff who provide very good service. I was served by 暖暖， 小花 for check in and they are very welcoming and patient in helping me with my enquiries 可可 和 洛洛 also helped me with checkout and baggage service. I hope to come back again to enjoy the great hospitality service.
