The hotel housekeeper was very nice. He responded quickly to any requests. We used WeChat to help with the whole process from check-in to check-out. The room staff took the initiative to help with the luggage when checking out. The breakfast was very rich, and the fresh seasonal fruits were the highlight. Parking was very convenient and free! The room was very warm and clean! I will bring my kids here next time! There are many attractions in the park, and I also interacted with the small animals. The kids had a lot of fun! I also come to play in the water in summer!

I stayed in Happy Farm twice and booked a tree house both times. The room was good and the price was not cheap. The kids liked it very much. The park was also very big and there were many things to do. The biggest disadvantage was that the dining area was not very good and the round trip was very long. I probably won't choose to stay there in the future. It's still a bit inconvenient.

Anyway, I think everything is good, except that when the children in the family room were taking a nap, the waiter kept knocking on the door to serve tea and even tried to open the door directly to come in. In fact, our baby stroller was right at the door. The service in this aspect should be more meticulous, because we only took a half-hour nap. I hope it can be improved. The sanitary facilities, room pick-up services are all very good and I hope they can be maintained.
