Loved my stay. I can't speak Chinese but all the staffs are friendly, helpful, and professional. The hotel is close to Clock Tower station (Line 3) exit B. It is also close to two malls: Sunning Plaza and Seven-One Plaza (10 minutes walk). Plenty of food options nearby and if you choose to order takeaway food they have a robot that delivers it to your room so you don't need to go down to the lobby. I ordered some things from Taobao and it was delivered to a 'package collection centre' next door. Very convenient.
Overall, very satisfied with my stay and will definitely choose this hotel again

It's my first time staying at their place on a business trip. The environment is very good, the hygiene is very clean, and the service is very enthusiastic. I went to their gym and felt that there are quite a lot of equipment. I will invite friends to come together next time. There is hot mineral water in their lobby in winter. I heard from the lady at the front desk that there is also cold mineral water in summer. This is too considerate. I must recommend it.
