It is my first time to stay at this all-season hotel. The experience is very good. The environment is clean and hygienic. The key services are very good. The staff are all enthusiastic, especially the lady at the front desk. The service is good and the breakfast is healthy. I like the breakfast facilities in the hotel. The Xiaodu robot is very cute and the surroundings are very cute. It is very convenient for traveling and very close to Jiuyan Bridge on Chunxi Road. Recommended!

The room is too small and it is very noisy at night. The people eating supper and drinking downstairs were noisy until 2 am. It is not worth the price. I changed a room halfway and it was even noisier.

The shower room equipment is a bit poor and leaking. The key is that the hair dryer is so bad that there is no wind power at all. It doesn't feel like the style of the Four Seasons Hotel at all. I really doubt whether it is a fake hotel...

Basically good. The shower water volume is large and the drainage is good. The bench across the room is not good. It almost falls off when I sit on it.
