我是週末去的，然後前台為了先把爛的房間先開出去，給我開了一個又小又暗的一個二樓房間，後面我説兩百多塊錢如果就這麼個房間我就説退了，她又説我給你升級一下，但是升了也就那樣説實話對不起這個價格，我在龍泉待了一年多了，周邊其他的酒店也都基本上住遍了，從來沒給過差評，他們家是第一家，而且是次日十二點退房，十一點半那個保潔就猛敲門説時間到了，過了沒五分鐘又來，直接無語了，那個吹風機也是又爛又小風又燙的要死，我讓他重新送一個説了一分鐘她才答應送一個上來，總而言之體驗感極差，感覺他們家還是十幾年前的狀態不管裝修還是設備，直接無語

幫別人訂的房，攜程頁面上寫明是包含餐食的，結果他去前台辦入住時，卻給他説沒有；並忽悠他辦了一張華住會的會員卡。我本身是華住會的金卡會員，這間房華住會上的價格還不如攜程優惠，所以我才沒有選擇通過華住會預計。現在為了推銷，居然使出這樣下作的手段，這個前台配得上一個“極差”服務！
