下樓的時候我從9樓下，按電梯一樓一直沒得反應，過了十多秒鐘門關了，但是一樓按不了，電梯又在往下走，又沒有顯示，給我帶到負一樓去了，然後門打不開，我又按一樓，才到一樓電梯門才打開。我拍個照去找前台，前台就去刷個卡，按了一下樓層有顯示，就説電梯沒得問題，説什麼昨天才檢修了。電梯不管在不在運行樓層都應該有顯示，我明明説了電梯有問題還拍了照片，前台完全不看照片，完全就很敷衍。我的照片很清楚的拍出來連樓層顯示都沒有，明顯的電梯故障。

感覺還不錯，挺安靜的 ，設施預期差不多。酒店比較驚喜的是，裝設了一些智能化的設施設備，不過有個建議就是配備一次性馬桶墊，總體感知和實際差別不大，值得入住。

房間很大 親子間還給小朋友準備了小搖馬和階梯凳 衞生設施環境服務都很好 唯一的缺點就是衞生間沒有排風扇不方便

房間很乾凈，簡約小清新的風格，還有智能家電系統，可以控制燈光和窗簾，很方便。酒店有地下停車場，停車也很方便，主要是離孩子的學校很近，下次有需要還會再定這裏的。

酒店位置位於成都青白江區，是遠城區，距離中心城區30km左右，但是是屬於青白江繁華地段，酒店設施比較新，房間比較大，寬敞，乾淨整潔，前台服務也還不錯
