Very average room design, but location is convenient as it is located just around Wenshuyuan.
During the night we can hear snores from other room 😥 bad sound insulation is a very big turned off.

Really great experience. The hotel location is amazing and everything is decorated in an old traditional style matching the surrounding neighbourhood. Service was outstanding. Will come again 10/10. 小伏和小李服务很好

Overall very good.
Surrounded by beautiful traditional Chinese architecture! Large room. Free snacks and drinks. There is a self little garden that you can cook and drink some tea there (unlucky that I don’t have enough time to enjoy for my rush itinerary).
Some downsides are that the hotel is far away from subway, and the entrance can be difficult to recognise because the title reads “theatre”.
Not sure good or bad: you may get lost inside the hotel as it it large and every building looks similar.

Great location with fantastic service and amenities, located along a walking street with food and heritage . The hotel is amazing and highly recommended to stay again and again. Great service by 小李 and his team!

We were not disappointed, in fact the stay exceeded expectations. Not only were the rooms in traditional style, they were clean and well maintained. Also, the service was excellent from the moment we arrived. We were helped with our heavy luggage by the team including 小李 to check-in and to our rooms. The hotel compound itself is worth a visit with historic buildings and even antique cars. Location is great as the main entrance opens to the attractions at 文殊院.

If you are a foreigner, I would recommend u to stay here. The decoration and design are very unique and full with Chinese traditional culture.

Hotel is at excellent location and easy to get around. Next to Wenshu monastery and a busy famous touristy Wenshu street. Room is spacious, with beautiful and traditional design. The whole courtyard has a very peaceful environment. The staff is very kind to pack breakfast for us as we needed to leave early the next morning. They also helped to keep my luggage till I come back from Mt Siguniang.
