Because I was with my family in Chengdu to do things, I chose this four-star hotel nearby. The stay was very good, the location was good, the room was spacious, it was very convenient to go to the scenic spot, and the daily food and shopping around could be done. The security guards in the lobby and side door of the hotel were very warm and thoughtful, with good appearance. They took the initiative to help us take the luggage and direct the vehicle. They were very good at dealing with people, especially when we were waiting for the special car to leave the hotel, Master Rao in the lobby was busy helping us carry the luggage to the car, and the service was in place. During the few days of stay, the front desk staff, breakfast staff, Chinese restaurant staff, room service staff and Xiaorun housekeeper were very responsible, warm and thoughtful, and the service was in place. Although there were some small episodes in the middle, their service process was standardized and the problem was solved satisfactorily, which was remarkable. It made our stay experience much better. There are many varieties of breakfast, and the varieties are adjusted every day. Even if you don’t eat spicy food, there is no problem with light taste, cans of milk tea. Very good, some dishes are a little amazing, you can't eat them elsewhere, the restaurant is spacious, elegant and quiet, the seats are comfortable, and the service staff are very diligent. The room is very spacious, the furniture is well placed, the bed and pillow are very good, the store thoughtfully put 2~3 pillows of different softness and hardness, or latex pillows are comfortable, like the long sofa in the room, sitting and lying are comfortable, the bathroom area is large, there are two wash basins, a shower room and a bathtub, and disposable bathtub mats + 2 bottles of bath salts. There is a long shelf for items on the wash basin, which is very practical and convenient. There is a free power supply and a one-to-three power cord on the bedside table in the room. There is a clear reminder that it is not an original line, so use it with caution. It is not easy to provide this. The guest rooms are on the 6th floor and above, and you need to swipe the room card to get to the check-in floor, which is safe and guaranteed. The fourth floor is the Chinese restaurant. There are independent toilets and dish rooms in the private rooms. The dishes are improved and traditional, and they will be intimately reminded. The portion of the dishes is OK and the taste is quite delicious. The service staff is enthusiastic, thoughtful and patient. I will continue to stay here next time I go back to Chengdu to do business🌈🌈
