Minyoun Chengdu Dongda Hotel

Incredible hotel not only for the room but for the people work there because I got a big problem in my stomach and the staff help me and call the hospital and follow me take the stuff I need for hospital and pass a full days with me so thank you so much and recommend this hotel with all my heart’s thank you and thank you to Patrick (the best guy in the staff )you save life

I lived in Chengdu for quite some time, I would say that I know the city like the back of my hand, and let me get this straight I picked the hotel because of ita location. Yes there are cheaper hotels, there are hotels with as high standards as Mingyoun providing a full scale apartment... What you really pay for is the view, the TV in your room will be simply useless because the view from your windows will be always more interesting. Either you sit with a drink listening to some chill music or if you feel fancy get into the tub and get slightly more luxurious vibes. Rooms are comfortable & clean. The mattress is perfect, nice and hard, lot's of electric outlets both Asian and European style. Food although repetitive never failed when it came to quality, you can even grab made on the spot noodles or dumplings, really good. Hotel is just in the middle of two metro stations NiuWangMiao and DongMenDaQiao of line 2. Both LanKwaiFong and TaiKooLi places are like 10-15 minutes walking from hotel. Employees of the hotel are super friendly and if I'm not mistaken they can speak English well, at least on the level necessary for day to day communication. The only kinda meh thing was that hotel does not provide a lot besides of the room. There is a fridge but you won't be able to use it however you want because it's full of the stuff the hotel wants to sell it to you.

This was an absolute satisfaction hotel experience! First of all, the hotel location was very convenient to the near shopping area and surrounded by many tasty restaurants. Staff members were very friendly and helpful. Food served suits western style also. We got free upgrade to a exclusive suite on floor 39 and we were so grateful to stay in this floor as we got to know Huang Min (黄敏) who was so friendly and enthusiastic and looked after us so well! We would go back to Chengdu again and will choose Mingyoun to stay at mainly because Ms Huang! We highly recommended the hotel and thanks again for Huang Min' very mindful services!

The hotel was nice with a tasty breakfast with a beautiful of the Chengdu tv broadcast tower from room 4008 Perfect location with a metro station around 300 meters away making it very easy to get around the city

The views from hotel is great. Our room was on high floor and it was interesting to look outside. Breakfast is very good. Swimming in swimming pool is allowed only with swimming cap.
