Close to Tianfu Square with convenient transportation, near Metro Line 1. The facilities are a bit dated, but the cleanliness, environment, and service are all quite good. The breakfast has a good variety, parking is available, and there is a gym and swimming pool. The price is reasonable, and it's just one subway stop away from People's Park and Chunxi Road. Fantastic value for money, highly recommended!

During the National Day holiday, my family and I traveled to Chengdu and Jiuzhaigou. We booked two rooms at this hotel and stayed for five days. The hotel breakfast was good with a decent variety. The self-service laundry room, however, had too few machines, making it difficult to do laundry during the busy National Day period. Room cleaning was inconsistent; the slippers were never replaced unless we reminded them each time. **Cleanliness:** The bedding was clean. **Facilities:** It's an older hotel, so the facilities are a bit dated, but it didn't really affect the overall experience. **Environment:** The hotel's location is excellent. It's very close to Tianfu Square Metro Station, with many dining options nearby. It's also within a 15-minute walk to Chengdu Museum, Science and Technology Museum, and People's Park. **Service:** Very good, generally met all our needs.

The room was nice and quite good. I stayed here many years ago, and not much has changed; I'm still quite satisfied. It would be perfect if they could do some renovations and updates in the future. The location is fantastic.

The location is fantastic and makes getting around very convenient. The front desk staff were extremely warm and helpful. As an overseas traveler, I wasn't familiar with Alipay, but when I asked for help, the receptionist patiently guided me and even helped convert my cash into Alipay balance, which made traveling around Chengdu so much easier. The breakfast was rich and delicious—I'm even planning to bring the rest of my family here just for breakfast when they arrive. However, I heard that the breakfast price is higher for foreign guests, and I'm not sure why. Even though it's not expensive, I don't think there should be a price difference like that.

The location is super convenient, just a few minutes' walk from Tianfu Square Metro Station. It's next to the Science and Technology Museum, Museum, and Library, and People's Park is a 10-minute walk away. The room was clean and tidy, the shower had great water pressure, and the bathroom was spacious and high-end. The only downside was that the hairdryer was terrible.

I have to give a huge shout-out to the hotel's front desk staff! After checking out, I realized I'd left my panda plushie under the revolving staircase in the lobby. I contacted the hotel, not really expecting much, but the front desk quickly found it for me and even offered to mail it back to me. It's truly heartwarming to see such dedicated service in helping guests with lost items; you can really feel how responsible and caring the front desk team is. The rooms and overall environment were already great, but the personalized service truly stands out. I highly recommend this place to everyone and will definitely prioritize staying here on my next trip!

The hotel proactively upgraded us to an executive twin room, which was very quiet. The breakfast spread was generous, the location is excellent, and parking is super convenient. It's also just a 15-minute walk to Kuanzhai Alley.
