前台和服務人員接待都很熱情，還免費給我做了房型升級，行政房間面積很大，超級喜歡衞生間的佈局，浴缸和淋浴，馬桶分離的設計非常好！
早餐也挺豐富的，如果能多加入一點成都小吃特色就更完美了。
來新都區出差遊玩值得親自來體驗一下
唯一需要酒店關注的是牙刷的品質，容易掉毛，使用感不佳，希望酒店可以進行改善

裝修比較舊，衞生間牆面都發黴了，哎……淋浴房下水堵，洗澡一分鐘水都漫到淋浴房外面去了……太無語😓地理位置也是比較偏，周邊沒啥逛的

五一假期出行，首選成都，和朋友約好一起去看成都大網紅花花，訂酒店時看到附近這家假日酒店，距離熊貓基地很近，並且在市區，打車很方便就過來了，沒想到超出我的預期，酒店環境設施非常不錯，特別是前台劉靜服務非常專業👍👍👍

新都假日酒店真是一家讓人滿意的住宿選擇！床品非常舒適，讓人一夜好眠。酒店環境優雅，讓人感到賓至如歸。地理位置優越，離商場近在咫尺，購物、就餐都非常方便。而且離熊貓基地也很近，方便遊客參觀遊玩。特別值得一提的是，服務人員態度熱情，讓人倍感温馨。值班經理Dakki更是為我們推薦了當地美食，讓我們的旅行更加豐富多彩。總之，新都假日酒店是一家值得推薦的住宿地，下次旅行還會選擇這裏！

酒店雖然開業時間有點久，但是位置很方便，去川音看小孩兒，幾分鐘的路程。前台服務員態度很好，很熱情，知道我們是來見小孩兒的，特意安排了朝向川音操場的房間，還免費贈送了早餐，非常滿意。另外攜程訂房還可以免費送去熊貓基地，今天退房後酒店專車送到熊貓基地門口，20來分鐘，很快。下次來還住
