It was hard to find the hotel entrance even with map app. When I ask for directions with nearby retail store, even the locals didn't know where the hotel is. Had two walk back and forth around the proximity to find the entrance. Service was friendly and attentive. Room was good comfortable size and clean. Wifi was working but a few spots in the room have weak signal. Location was good to nearby shopping centers and restaurants, however 15mins walk to commercial center of 春熙citywalk.

Excellent location. Friendly and helpful staff. The cleaning lady was especially nice and helpful. The breakfast has many variety of dishes and delicious! Overall we enjoyed our stay.

Great hotel and lovely service. Would recommend. The location is great and staff are very responsive.

Requested non-smoking in advance bec of allergy and sensitive nose, however when check-in, the room and the level we stayed was definitely not a non-smoking. The smell of cigrattess is so strong that even the add-on air filter that the receptionist suggested, can't help. The room is dim bec the downlight are spoiled. Feel so helpless and cheated during the 5-day stay. The hotel should hv informed us earlier rather than giving excuses that is out of their control if other guests on the same level are smoking.

Good location, helpful front desk. Although services were nice, the hotel does not look to me as a upper tier 5* hotel.

Though this hotel is rated as 5 star but it’s still far for that standard. The interior looks new and clean, but in terms of service There’s a long way to go. If you are someone who needs everything perfect then this place is not for you

It’s so much good we love it

As good as always, we stay here every time we come to Chengdu. The location is very convenient, the breakfast is very good, quite rich, and the freshly cooked noodles and rice noodles are very delicious. This time, I took my grandma, mother and children, four generations, to play in Chengdu comfortably for a week. The cleaning sister saw that we were going out to play and was very considerate to prepare some more water for us. She asked about our well-being and was very satisfied. I will go to Chengdu again in a few weeks and plan to stay here again.

After taking the exam, I came to Sichuan to travel and want to decompress and reward myself for twelve years of hard study. Chengdu is really an urban environment that you don’t want to leave once you come here. The culture and climate are very good. The hotel I stayed in is located in the center of Chengdu, 50 meters away from Tianfu Square. Downstairs is the Renhe Spring Shopping Mall. There are many special snacks on the first floor of Tianfu Square. It is also convenient to order takeaways, and machines will be delivered to the door of the room. The room is clean and comfortable, with facilities and equipment. It's fully equipped and has a big bathtub. The hotel staff's service is warm and friendly, like family. After checking my college entrance examination results last night, I didn't do well in the college entrance examination. The supervisor's aunt kept comforting me. The breakfast is diverse and fresh, including Chinese and Western food. I will choose and recommend my friends to stay here next time I come to Chengdu.

There are museums, science and technology museums, art galleries, libraries, and parks nearby, all of which are very close. The characteristic commercial streets can be reached by taxi in about ten minutes. There is a characteristic halal tea restaurant and a long line of sesame cakes downstairs, which is more friendly to children. It takes only more than two minutes to go to the panda base. The overall advantage is the geographical location. The breakfast is good and very distinctive. Room: Because I brought my children, I wanted to choose a room with a larger space, a sofa and a table, and also a small office table.

It was a very good experience. It was 4 am when I got off the plane and arrived at the hotel. The front desk guy was very enthusiastic and helped me upgrade the room type (with massage function) for free. In order not to disturb my rest, he also helped me transfer a very important document in the morning. Chengdu is indeed a famous civilized tourist city. Knowing that I was tired from traveling, he also delayed my check-out until 2:00 pm. The service was full. In terms of hardware, the bed has massage, but I fell asleep as soon as I touched the bed, so I didn't experience it. The bathroom is separated into dry and wet areas, and there is a bathtub. The air conditioner is very quiet, and there is a humidifier, a night light, and liquid mosquito coils. The only drawback is that the plug on it is a bit loose. In short, it is a very good experience and worth recommending. Next time I come to Chengdu for business, I will stay here again.
