Sheraton Chengdu Lido Hotel Reviews

I recently stayed at the Sheraton Cheng Du and had a wonderful experience, largely thanks to Sarah at the front desk. From the moment I checked in, she was incredibly welcoming and helpful. The hotel itself was clean, comfortable, and well-located.

Travelled to Chengdu see the Pandas and have a bot of a look around the city. The hotel is right next to the metro station- with only one change needed to Chengdu East Railway Station (about 20mins). It takes about an hour to get to Tianfu Airport, with one changed needed. Not much in the local area, but with the metro so close it's no big deal. The executive area is a nice place to chill out in the evenings. It's a shame they don't do breakfast up there as the main restaurant, although nice, is a very busy. As part of Happy Hour (5.30-7.30pm), there is a good selection of complimentary hot and cold food in the evening (Chinese and Western) along with a limited selection of alcoholic (beer and wine) and soft drinks.  The room I had was large and comfortable. Lots of space to chill out. There was some construction noise from the nearby building site, even when on the 27th floor.  The fitness area is quite small. The pool is about 16m long, which is just about big enough for swimming although you're doing lots of turns! Definitely recommended if you want a bit luxury (the executive level stuff and bigger room) whilst keeping an eye on the budget...

Both front and back of the house were great. Great location with easy access to underground. Just the noise, not good in sound proof.

Great hotel, great service, excellent rooms. They provided us with a perk of using the exclusive floor on the top of the building, where they have a snacks and beverages and a happy hour with food, because we had a family suite. Very well located and very nice amenities. Very much recommended.

Me with my family visited sheraton hotel a week ago and were very pleased with Shirly hospitality. Given us no room for complaints. As soon as we arrived at the hotel, our luggage was brought to our room. And we received complimentary fruit. My sister was very pleased with the room's interior design and has decided to come here next year as well for a vacation. The recreational facilities at the hotel did not let us be bored, and enjoyed it very much as well. We had a great time till our stay lasted. I want to thank you once again for your hotel services and wish you the best of luck in your business.

Walking distance is a bit far from the city shopping and restaurant center, but right next to a subway station. Room is big and clean, services is good. Buffet breakfast is great, value for money

Services are excellent . Very good and helpful hosts at the reception counter. Amenities are good and location convinient for Metro. Sometimes difficult to get a taxi though .

I enjoyed my stay here, the breakfast is excellent hahah. The rooms are very nice too and it’s in a very good location. I would stay here again.

Extremely clean hotel, and facilities was updated. Less than 2 minute walk to one of the central train lines. Would recommend to anyone visiting Chengdu.

This is not good enough for a 5 star hotel. Everything is good except the design and construction quality. It’s more like a 4 star facility

Well located hotel with convenient and clean room. The sauna and pool were closed despite these services being shown in the booking.
