It was the best hotel room of the entire trip. The room was as big as an apartment; the washing machine worked perfectly and allowed me to wash all my clothes. The bathroom was very large and had lots of mirrors. The walk-in closet was a complete surprise and very useful for hanging clothes to dry. They gave us a room on the 13th floor, and the views did not disappoint. The shopping mall in front to it (cosmo) is youthful and fun. I would book a room here again without hesitation.

I travelled here with my kids and parents so having the suite was a great choice. It was well equipped and the support from the hotel staff was great (the Jasmine tea was delicious, and they replenished our water regularly..) Location wise it was part of a mall and easy access to coffee joints, restaurants etc (their Cantonese restaurant at Yanlord was very good and we went back twice) and if you wanted to go to main tourist areas like Chunxi/Tianfu it was all very walkable. There were laundry/dryer options which was great too The kids enjoyed the kids club. Cons Toilet had no bidet Would prefer having a sort of suction vent in the toilets The remote for the curtains weren't always 💯

The bedrooms bedding and living areas were in excellent condition and so clean and good quality!!!! Excellent views as well. Was perfect for a family visit to Chengdu.

Really nice hotel, with friendly hotel service staff. I got a free upgrade to a bigger room than i booked. The hotel amenities are nice, and this is coming from Singaporeans. The hotel is also located very near Chunxi road and convenient to get anywhere. Overall amazing experience.

So I went here to have a summer break just to kind of feel a little bit of relief from work. This has to be one of the best decisions I made as far as the hotel that I’ve made. It’s more about five star resort than it is a hotel. Between the sauna and the swimming pool and the gym. Everything is centrally located. We the room had everything that you need a kitchen, fully working dryer and washer and a huge bathroom Lisa Yang was the receptionist who checked me in. She was absolutely divine and checked on me to make sure everything was up to standard. I didn’t have one issue since being here in fact, I decided to extend my stay for a week and I will be back in September because I love it so much.

We are a family of 4 with a kid and infant. The hotel was superb and really great value for us. We were given a complimentary upgrade for our bedroom. There was almost every amenity you could think of, including a washing machine which came in really useful. The food delivery robot was very convenient and efficient! We definitely ordered in a lot more with it. chunxi , IFS and Taikoo li is a short 10min ride away on a cab, and we would have walked had the weather permitted. The view at night was excellent. Will come back again.

Hotel staffs are fluent in English. This is the best hotel in Chengdu. Most best part is refrigerator and washer which are helpful. Comfy bed and hot water are also good. I'd like to stay again.
