酒店位置真的很好，處於城區比較優異的位置，出門不管幹什麼都很方便，附近好吃的也多，有個知青牛肉，味道巴適的很（酒店前台小妹推薦的[強][強][強]）；酒店有電影院，咖啡廳，洗衣房，健身房配套還可以， 前台小妹笑容特別甜美，客房的衞生也很乾凈，大姐特別熱情，自己有點感冒，客房大姐還送了薑湯，有點小感動。

出差住了幾天這酒店，體驗感極差。1.酒店無需刷卡就能到任意樓層，極不安全。2.酒店有spa，影咖，茶廳，棋牌室，都是對外開放的，人員太雜。3.電梯運行速度慢，每次等很久。4.前台服務極差，極差，極差，一副幺不了台的樣子。

來新津考試訂了附近酒店，離考場很近步行就可以到達。前台服務有點平淡，不熱情。房間挺大，乾淨整潔，還有機器人送餐，但是大床房位置都是靠馬路邊，聽得見車聲還有外面建築工地聲音有點吵。空調設備感覺有點老了，工作聲音巨大，睡覺衹能關了，不然根本睡不着。這個房價而言早餐種類偏少了。

五一到新津來遊玩，選擇了這家店。新津不是一座假日人非常多的城市，反而空空盪盪的。其實蠻適合像我們這種不想去擠熱鬧，就是想幾家朋友聚在一起玩一玩的人。在網上看到他們家的房間，面積挺大，佈置也很温馨，實際上和圖片上的基本上是一致的。我們訂了他們家的一個機麻房，還是很不錯的，我們打了3場，物盡所值了。我們延長了退房時間，前台也答應了。
有一個小槽點:晚上我老公和朋友出去吃夜宵了，忘記把房卡留給我，然後我打完麻將就進不了房間，打電話給總枱，來了一個阿姨，把房間給我打開了，因為一共就衹給了我們一張房卡，所以我就問她，那我沒有房卡，裏面的供電不是就不會亮嗎？她説，對呀，我們就衹有一張房卡，然後頭也不回的就走掉了。相當於她並沒有為我解決後續的問題，我當時衹能嘗試着用自己的銀行卡插進去，萬幸的就是可以使用。我覺得做酒店做服務不能是這個態度，你明明已經知道了我的困難，但是，並沒有幫我想辦法解決。你其實可以提醒我一下，你用自己的卡就可以了，我不信她不知道，但是她也並沒有，希望能夠提升一下工作人員對客人的關懷和同理心。
