設施：五臟俱全，獨立衞生間什麼都有，挺好
衞生：乾淨整潔，收拾的很乾凈，阿姨很用心
環境：樓下的院子很舒服，綠油油的打理的也很漂亮
服務：五顆星，前台和小姐姐迴應及時，理解人好溝通

一個小小的木屋，但“五臟”俱全，房間很乾凈，性價比很高，房間佈置很温暖，樓下有小貓咪，整個民宿的佈置超可愛～（房子的圖片衹拍了一張，附兩張柳浪灣美食，強推！！！）

我是一個人來的，跟着導航很好找，民宿離公交車站大概步行四五分鐘，乘坐幾站公交即可到達地鐵站，去市區等景點基本上都是1小時左右。
洗漱用品是一次性的，洗髮水沐浴露都是平常家用，不像我以前住酒店配備的那種不知啥名的，小院的非常好用洗完很柔順！民宿大門有門禁，我一個女孩子獨自旅行覺得很有安全感，小院還有貓咪！床也很舒服，這個價格我覺得非常值啦！！下次來成都還會定！

住過很多酒店和民宿，就價格和舒適度來説，還是這家最滿意。工作人員服務態度很好，很親切，還有貓貓可以擼。
1.環境方面。走幾步路是川農大夜市，完全滿足晚上宵夜的需求。鬧市在另外幾條街，這裏被隔開，晚上睡覺很安靜。
2.睡覺方面。床很柔軟，枕頭也很軟但又有份量，不會躺下去就扁了，睡得很舒服安心。四件套都是新套的，掀開被子檢查，乾乾淨淨無異味。洗完澡舒舒服服躺進被窩，睏意來得非常快，我在家一般凌晨一兩點睡，在這兒十一點就睡過去了，入眠極快。
3.衞生方面。進屋的時候，房間乾淨無異味，還有點淡淡的清香。廁所乾淨整潔，拖鞋也很乾凈。最重要的是拖鞋！！！我住過好幾家，好多拖鞋都是臭的，洗不乾淨，根本不敢穿着洗澡。但這家的拖鞋乾淨得很，聞着沒有一點異味，也放心穿。

朋友推薦來住的，第一次來，服務熱情，店面温馨，房間整潔乾淨，外面的小貓貓也很乖，最主要的是店家熱情服務，有什麼需要的馬上就回復我了，很貼心，這一點很難得，住過川農這邊這麼多民宿，還是這家讓我覺得有家的感覺，一樓有小廚房，有客廳，住的很舒心
