It took about 15 mins walk from metro (Tianfu square station) to the hotel. The staffs didn’t speak English but still being helpful and nice. We communicated via google translate app so language wasn’t a big deal.
The room is decorated nicely and all amentities are ready. The floor heating system works just fine. They also got a very enormous tv in the room with a bathtub right almost in the middle of the room. Very impressive.

Great location, walkable distance to Tianfu square, people’s park and Jinli ancient street. Rooms were clean and comfortable, fantastic breakfast and really helpful staff (no English), even gave us free breakfast a couple of days.

Very terrible service, the air conditioning can’t control by yourself, need to follow whole building temperature, if now the whole building select hot ,then u must follow hot, I request them change to cold, they said can’t, ask u open the window…

Nice looking hotel and quite central. Airconditioning not working properly, cannot cool to below 22 Celsius and airconditioning automatically shuts down in the night making the room very hot. No hot showers in one of the days. Room overall smells like cigarettes although we booked a non-smoking room. Would not stay again.

The twin room we booked is very comfortable. This hotel is very close to People's Park. There are many delicious foods nearby. The scenic spots are not far away and it is very convenient to take a taxi. The front desk service is good. The lady who cleans the room greets us every time we meet. It is very warm. All the photos are real photos for your reference.
