The location is great to explore local food, but the hotel is a little bit old

An excellent hotel at a convenient location. The staff is very patient and friendly. I would like especially to thank Bonnie Liu for her service and support. The Chinese restaurant in the hotel is highly recommended, quiet, clean and suitable for a business lunch. I stayed in this hotel for the second time and will return again.

Hotel is located in a good residential location. Close to downtown and 30 min drive from Airport. The Starbucks adjacent to the hotel is amazing. I am looking fwd to visit this again.

The room is clean and odorless, with good lighting. The decoration style is simple, and it may have been opened for many years, and you can see the traces of time. But it is very comfortable to stay. There are many choices of restaurants around. Thanks to the two handsome men and beautiful women Shea and Annie at the front desk for their enthusiastic service. The concierge and security are also very enthusiastic, helping with luggage, opening car doors, and helping to guide to nearby subway stations and convenience stores.

When checking in, the front desk Xiao Shu also asked about the room preference and arranged a high floor room. The location is very quiet. The stay experience is very comfortable. Suggestions: Use robots to deliver meals; Chengdu is the capital of food, and I often choose to order takeout when I take my children to play. For safety reasons, food delivery cannot be brought to the room. Upgrading to use robots to deliver food can greatly improve the living experience with a small investment. This stay at this hotel was a special experience. When I checked in, I met a new front desk employee named Annie. Although I could feel that she was not very skilled in her job, her attention to the guests was particularly heartwarming. I remember that when I asked for some information about the surrounding areas, she was a little unfamiliar but she looked up the information very seriously and introduced it to me carefully, with a kind smile all the time. Although it took some time, her sincerity and efforts made me not impatient at all. She also kindly reminded me of some precautions, which made me feel valued. Although she was a new employee, her attitude towards guests was really great.

Very good hotel, which makes me happy. I booked a basic room during the 51 holiday, which was cheaper than some express hotels.
