酒店出門就是地鐵站交通很方便，離春熙路非常近
環境：環境很温馨，一進門就聞到香氛味道，大廳很整潔明亮，還可以自助辦理入住很智能。
服務：工作人員很熱情見面都會打招呼，辦入住的時候還倒了茶水，退房也準備了咖啡和熱礦泉水，伴手禮也很多，我選了護髮素和木梳。
衞生：整體很乾凈，無論是過道還是房間裏面最重要的是有頂噴強烈推薦。

酒店的地理位置非常便利，周圍有很多商店和餐館可以選擇。而且交通也很方便，附近有地鐵站和公交站。這對遊客來説非常方便，可以更好地探索這座城市。客房的佈置温馨舒適，整潔乾淨，朝外的房間採光極佳。從窗户望出去，景色很好，讓人賞心悦目。衞生間也一塵不染，設施齊全品質還可以。

房間非常乾淨，大廳香薰的味道非常舒服很濃郁的茶香味。整體環境，裝修風格簡潔，衞生乾淨。整體服務人員的素質也很高，不管是打掃，還是辦理入住，都非常流暢，感覺很舒服。早餐也很好吃，有特色的龍抄手。服務態度更是超級好！！落了東西在酒店，打電話核實情況後，非常迅速的郵寄了。太感謝了！

酒店就在出地鐵背面，去耍非常方面，交通便利，前台小姐姐推薦的孔乾飯和二關火鍋味道都挺好的，就是火鍋有點辣了，，去建設路小吃街也方便，走路過去十幾分鍾，逛的也蠻多。酒店衞生乾淨，工作人員服務很好，下次有機會還會選擇入住。

交通很便利出門兩步路就是地鐵站，一進大廳就味道很香的味道，服務很熱情會主動到茶，酒店工作人員隨時碰到都會打招呼，房間有頂噴，點了外賣也是機器人送上來很方便，性價比超高，過兩天從川西回來再來住。

服務：一流，工作人員十分熱情專業，可以免費寄存行李
環境：一流，臨近紅星橋地鐵口ab口，出來就看到了，大堂很大很乾凈，衹臨近小馬路 噪聲不大
衞生：一流
設施：房間電視大，東西都是新的。不足的地方就是電梯聲音大；洗衣機洗衣添加劑標識不清晰，不知道需不需要添加和添加什麼；乾衣機太高且無輔助工具，取衣服不便。

震驚！出門兩小時，廁所驚現一灘神祕尿液！
就在馬桶前面一灘，馬桶圈下面還有幾滴，住客裏就沒有站着撒尿的人，查監控不讓住客在場，住客衹能等待被告知無人進過房門！
前台派人上來打掃廁所，打開門，不見下午來打掃的和善阿姨，而是一面帶危笑、態度輕蔑的黝黑大哥，心不在焉地問“這有什麼要打掃的”？沒有酒店制服，沒有工牌，儼然大領導氣派的中年POLO衫。有什麼可打掃的，自然是我們自己已經看不下去擦掉了！怎可勞動您這尊大佛？下樓問前台查監控時，大哥可是悠然自得、翹着二郎腿，坐在一旁側耳傾聽呢！
房間被陌生男人闖入“標記領地”，酒店掩人耳目語焉不詳，此時我們已不僅僅是對住店的衞生條件，更是對人身財產安全深感不安！多次致電前台，從未主動提出彌補措施，在我們詢問下才肯為我們更換房間，並就一天的房費“爭取最大打折力度”。此時已至深夜，我們早就身心俱疲，誰知換入更小的房間後，房間內竟沒有遙控器用來關閉電視！懶得爭辯遙控器這種東西怎麼都會缺斤少兩，再次打電話麻煩前台送來，本以為會是相見多次的小機器人出現，結果又是危笑大哥，劃著手機漫不經心遞來。
這房間是免費也不敢住了，第二天我等便灰溜溜去也！您們是家大業大，店大欺客也不差我這一個，衹能順祝商祺，後會無期！
