Very disappointing!
I booked the Jimu Twin Room for four nights, and I had always assumed it was the version with the round table. However, it turned out to be just a standard room. There was no way to choose the round-table version on Trip.com — incredibly frustrating and misleading. I didn’t pay that much money just to be disappointed.
Fortunately, they agreed to change the room the next day. The front desk staff delivered a fruit platter almost every day, but for the last two days, we received nothing — not even leftovers.
To make things worse, the night after we changed rooms, the TV remote stopped working completely. We couldn’t turn off the TV or the screen light, and it kept us up all night because of the harsh glare.
The air-conditioning was also seriously underpowered.
On top of that, packages delivered to the front desk are not sent up to the room. We had already informed the front desk via WeChat, and the message was clearly read, but they didn’t respond at all. We still had to go all the way to the front desk ourselves to inform them again before they gave us the package. What’s the point of using WeChat, then?
I will not choose this hotel again. Very disappointed!
