退房的時候電梯壞了，給前台電話，前台叫我們等，我説我們要着急趕火車，前台還是叫我們等。再次明確表示有大行李箱，帶着娃，着急趕火車，一直回答讓我們等電梯修好。就不能安排其他工作人員來幫客人提下行李從樓梯下樓嗎？

樓道地毯感覺豪華，房間大而乾淨，電視，茶桌，衞生間洗浴乾濕分離，
設施齊全，舒適。
還送有早餐，雖在店外走50米，早餐乾淨，味美。

酒店總體不錯，三星招待所標準配置，入住時發現地毯沒打掃乾淨，前台也配合換房了。但是第二天早上退房的時候前台居然沒人，幸好我是閃住沒有按金之類的，不然可能還得等一會兒。另外房間打掃的時候還是得細心一點，房間衣櫃裏有上一位客人的衣服，打開衣櫃都臭了，還是有點影響心情的。
