衞生：衞生條件一般，床單被子有一點點臟
服務：服務態度很好，很熱情
環境：小區旁邊是高鐵站，地鐵站，還有很多餐館，出行飲食都十分方便

便宜是便宜，就是隔音太差，隔壁的人在洗手間大聲説話可以聽到，沖廁所也可以聽到😂剛好房間又是在第一間，靠近入口，其他住客在走廊説什麼聽得清清楚楚。還有個小孩凌晨開門在走廊大聲喊媽媽我也是服了😂 這個小區就在成都東站斜對面，我是自己跟着地圖走找到的對應民宿的，沒有麻煩房東去接我。房東姐姐人還是挺好的。建議就是可以多放幾個晾衣架在房間裏，還有多放包紙巾。那天入住挺晚了，紙巾就那麼點我也不好意思打擾問去哪裡拿，畢竟以前住的，房間一般紙巾放着的管夠。房間有個小陽台可以晾衣服，建議提供一下晾衣桿。這個小區是需要錄臉，然後通過刷臉進出的。大家根據預算訂吧，我這間房是不建議大家訂的了，畢竟隔音太差😂

個人感覺，整體還是比較好的，一是價低，二是衞生，當然，這個房間小小的，有獨衞有空調有歪胡唉，對於像我這樣的進房就睡覺的來説所有都是可以接受的。而且，老闆娘還熱情，對於我這樣的進房就睡覺的來説這條的優勢衹表現在到東廣場接我。沒拍圖片，本就沒評價的習慣😇

房東服務很好，這個價位的配置完全超值，獨立衞生間，空調，電視，一次性洗漱用品。就在東站上邊，需要趕早班車的很適合

位置好找，高鐵旁邊，小區裡頭，周邊好多吃的方便，10分走路到高鐵站，地鐵站也近，性價比高，過來出差返程途中訂的！！！！
