check in took awhile for us, but other than that this was the best hotel i stayed at so far in china. friendly and helpful staff, clean room, comfortable bed, daily housekeeping. mad love.

Her poised professionalism is matched by genuine warmth: from the moment I arrived she anticipated every need, quietly upgrading A/C temperature preference after a casual mention and ensuring every request was met before it was even voiced. The suite itself was immaculate—linens pristine, every surface spotless, and the air subtly refreshed throughout the day. The room-attendants were equally courteous, restocking amenities with silent precision and timing their service to avoid the slightest intrusion. Amanda and her team have elevated hospitality to an art form, wrapping seamless efficiency in the comfort of home. I look forward to returning.

I had a great experience at Hilton Chengdu, with very attentive service staff and friendly reception. The rooms were well maintained and clean, no problems except for some issues with the aircon not being cold enough for some rooms. The breakfast selection is decent, but be prepared to see some people smoking in the lobby.
