A proper 5 star hotel.
Location is right by the south train station.
Room is in perfect condition.
Service is quick and attentive.
Areas of improvement:
- breakfast is more like 4 stars in both food quality and choice
- swimming pool area needs refurbishment

Checked in on 19 Sept 2024. Stayed for a night.
Helpful and friendly front desk staff.
Good room size and clean room.
Great location with 2 shopping malls nearby and direct train to the airport.
Will definitely choose to stay here again if coming back to Chengdu.

We had the most amazing room. Our girls loved it and it made our stay here unforgettable, a perfect ending to our holiday.
Unfortunately the food service was not that great, meaning that they did not have all the food from the menu and they are not able to speak English. But you can use a translator and you are fine. I was way too tired when we arrived at the hotel to think in Chinese.

It was already past five in the afternoon when I arrived at the hotel. The front desk upgraded my room when I checked in. The room was very comfortable and I had a good rest at night. There were not many people at breakfast. Recommended!
