房間相對比較乾淨，應該是老店，房間和衞生間比較小，看起來店裡設施比較舊，空調基本沒感覺，房間感覺悶。能住別指望感覺多好。

來成都旅遊，先在德和酒店住了一晚，環境衞生都很乾凈，老闆娘人很好，保潔阿姨打掃也很負責，真心不錯，推薦入住。後來去川西玩了兩天，回成都又訂了德和酒店。周邊是居民區，有很多吃的，非常方便。

房間很小 訂的豪華大床房網上看到是25個平方 但一進去 好小 20平方有沒有都不確定 然後被套上還有一個洞 當時睡了才發現 懶得拍照了 隔音效果也不好 網上介紹寫的是有窗 但開給我們的那個房間 窗子是封起來的一個假窗 還能聽到那邊有人説話的聲音 給前台打電話説的是房間都很小 都比網上介紹的小几個平方 有點離譜

床上有頭髮絲，淋浴水壓有點低，晚上靠馬路，車子聲音大，隔音效果不好
