Nice location and friendly staff. However it is not that nice for travellers that want to do sightseeing since they cannot provide much information in that regard. Additionally, I found advertisements everyday on my door of "special" services, which made me uncomfortable.

Everything here is good. Its place is very ok for transport in Chengdu metro!
