We have overall pleasant during our stay. Easy check in at reception with welcome juice drink .receptionist helpful and promptly attended. The room are well decor elegant chinese retro theme and cosy comfort feel .the room floor carpeted . Bed set and linen sheet are soft and comfortable well sleep .wait us with welcome local dessert water drink in room .for wash room and bath are well layout.Provide shampoo and body soap generous .towel bath good quality. Aircon cool are work well once you switch on low speed .check out at 2 pm .give us amble time do our morning and shopping at near mall .location hotel very good surrounded with mall and street drink and food .we discovery wholesale and poultry and seafood all kind type fish ,oyster etc. First and second floor sell exotic mushrooms and chilli spices all kind condiment .the busy and sound activities make us feel enjoying witness local shopping experience .we bought some big mushrooms 1 catties equal base China term local (500gm International weight ) for $45yuan .do ask price first before buy .walk from left side turn from hotel walk overbridge and walk straight 150 +meter approximately reach entrance E1 nearer exist to hotel from Subway Station Chunxi Road .Note tips !!!use Alipay open app Didi put location the hotel to pin point the map travel it useful while I get lost direction on my location .it also big help very useful when I get around in chine .lastly I thank for staff Gardan hotel .we really have,wonderfully during our stay .good service and hotel vibrant and convenient location.

If you are staying just several days in Chengdu, the hotel is nice. The location is convenient for sightseeing. The hotel is clean, but the building knew better times. We missed slippers for bath. Breakfast is not bad, but Europeans may expect something else. No coffee.

Overall the hotel was good, tidy with great location . Two things to note : Laundry service wasn't available at all, contrary to what was indicated. The hotel is noisy, we had trouble to sleep there.

This hotel is good and fulfils all our request for a high floor, clean, quiet and window Room. On the day of departure, we ask the hotel staff to help us to get a taxi to the high-speed railway station to Xian, it was raining heavy in the morning, a middle age lady staff helped us to carry two big bags to the taxi under the rain without umbellar because we are senior citizen. We appreciated and were thankful for her action. It really touched our hearts for being so kind to the customers. Strongly Recommended hotel to stay in Chengdu

This is a fair hotel to stay at, as it is close to Chunxi road, only five minutes walking from IFS. Rooms are clean and the staff is very friendly.

I selected this hotel because of previous reviews on Trip.com. I was not disappointed ! The staff were always smiling, despite having to use translation apps to communicate with me in English. The hotel was kept very clean. I observed staff cleaning the leaves of the plants in the lobby and wiping down the switches as you enter your room. The location is very near the lively Chunxi Road pedestrian street. I arrived at night and did not have a SIM card, so I was provided confusing directions to the hotel from people I met on the street. To get to the hotel by the subway (the only method I used) you get off on the Chunxi Rd Station. That station is accessed by either Line2 of Line3. There are many exits for the Chunxi Rd Station, but I found the easiest way to the hotel (when dragging luggage) is to take EXIT E1. When you get off the escalator at E1 exit, you proceed to the right and cross that street. Once you cross that street, you cross the next main street that is on your left. Once across that street, you continue on the sidewalk to the right. After a few hundred yards, you will make a left at that first intersection. The hotel is a few hundred yards down that street, on the right hand side. The trip.com images of the hotel's front are a bit deceiving because the hotel is on a side street with trees that block the view of the hotel a bit.

I stayed at the Garden Hotel for two days on May 1 and 3. The main reason for choosing this place is that it is conveniently located, close to the subway station and the Nanxinmen Distribution Center. The hotel is clean and well-equipped, with good service attitude at the front desk and enthusiastic and responsible waiters. Every time I come, I am served a bowl of Tremella soup, which makes me feel warm.

The hotel is good, the location is convenient, the service staff is nice, but the sound insulation is not perfect, it would be better if the sound insulation is better!

Although this hotel is quite old, it is very clean inside. What is particularly commendable is that the front desk reception is very enthusiastic and will answer every question. If you don't know something, they will call you back after finding out. The service is very thoughtful!

This hotel was booked last minute due to a change in schedule. Everything was fine except for the lack of soundproofing! I had to go for a walk the next day, but at 2 or 3 in the morning, the people next door were still chatting and laughing. I could hear what they were talking about without even having to speak loudly. There was no privacy at all! I couldn't sleep!

This time when I went to Chengdu, I spent a lot of time choosing a hotel. Finally, I found the Garden Hotel near the provincial government, which is suitable for me and has a high cost performance. The hotel is in the best location, only a few hundred meters away from Taikoo Li and Chunxi Road subway stations, and the airport bus is less than ten minutes' walk away. The service is even better, standard and normative. The hygiene is also in place, and the bedding is very comfortable. If there is anything that needs to be improved, it is that the shower faucet in the bathroom is a little loose, but it can be solved. Next time I go to Chengdu, I will definitely choose this place.
