除了周邊有很多美食吃飯很方便，靠近火車站，其他就在沒有優點了，環境很破舊，沒有電梯，酒店在五樓，所在的老居民房也很破舊，樓梯衞生也非常的糟糕，浴室的環境也很差，還有蜘蛛網，用的沐浴露洗髮水，這些瓶子都非常的臟……

首先，房間不提供礦泉水。當然，也沒有哪條規定説賓館必須要有水喝，畢竟酒店價格不貴就不奢求這些服務了，我自己在樓下買一大瓶帶上來也行，但你衞生間不提供衞生紙是怎麼個操作？okok，這我也忍了，自己帶紙就是了。當然，後面的經歷讓我覺得幸虧你沒給水和紙，要不然我還真不敢用。
以下是最6的：
蟑螂，讓人恐怖數量的蟑螂，到處都有的蟑螂。門上，牆上，天花板，櫃子上，床上……
我真是服了，推門進去一開燈N個蟑螂開始往陰影裏鑽，床上掀開枕頭被子也是看見蟑螂在爬，甚至我出個門回來以後敞開口的袋子裏都能爬進去蟑螂，最後我實在住不下去把房卡放前台就走了，這個錢我就當扔了好吧，真比吃了一坨****還噁心。
我還應該感謝自己運氣好，幸虧是德國小蠊，不是美洲大蠊，祝你酒店老闆家裡也是這樣，身體健康，闔家幸福💪🏻💪🏻💪🏻

很垃圾這個酒店/賓館，整個環境破破爛爛的，這一趟去成都的體驗，就這賓館的住宿環境給的體驗最差。
差到極致的幾點：
1.酒店的位置在一個像是破舊的爛尾樓的5樓，樓下除了臨街的商品，二樓荒廢的，三樓荒廢的，四樓荒廢的。走上樓的時候以後走進了90年代的破舊的不安全的排樓，嚇**。
2.房間破舊，靠近廁所床鋪牆壁老舊脱落石灰，而且還滲水，整個房間感覺很潮濕。
3.房間潮濕，床鋪不乾淨，第一晚睡完感覺有東西咬，早上仔細檢查後發現有細小的蟎蟲。告訴老闆有蟎蟲的情況要求更換房間，老闆還狡辯説床鋪很乾凈，以太晚提出為由無房更換。
4.廁所反串下水道味道，惡臭。

衞生：非常臟，床上居然有蟲子
環境：樓層高環境差，人少都不敢去
服務：沒有服務好吧，去的比較晚，晚上雖説可以理解但是打了幾個電話都不接還掛我電話，你不接開着幹什麼關了算了
