The room was poorly maintained (pictured). The service of the man at the front desk was also poor. I told him the name I used to book the room. He didn't find it the first time I told him. I told him the second time, but he still didn't see it. His attitude was very bad. He kept asking me the name. I had already seen the name we booked on the computer. I pointed it out to him. His tone and attitude were very fierce: "Don't look at my computer and yell at me. Just give me the name you booked with." I told him twice. The girl next to me couldn't stand it anymore and she did it for me. We booked 5 rooms. The overall experience was very poor.
