1.環境衞生：首先這個酒店環境衞生真的做的很敷衍，都不知道到底是打掃沒有。 剛剛入住， 一次性沐浴露用品都是上個入住人剩下的。紙也沒有了， 喊前台現拿的。 地上到處都是頭髮，其實如果一根兩根還能接受，但是房間每個地方都有兩三根。 其次本來地上的污漬使勁拖，是可以拖乾淨的，但是阿姨非説本來就有的，拖不乾淨。 有頭髮和污漬第一時間反饋了前台，阿姨再次來打掃的時候，敷衍拖了一下頭髮，還甩門，態度極其惡劣。 枱子上都是灰，電視機也是有灰，而且他毛巾和浴巾都是灰濛濛的，感覺不是很乾凈。 2.地理位置：這家酒店分一號樓和二號樓，一號樓全是喝茶打牌的，房間很小，而且很吵。 二號樓位於的位置，有個施工的在對面，到下午真的很吵，在7樓都很大的聲音。 如果要選擇的話，慎重。 3.房間設施：他們這個裝修老化的很，高級雙床房的廁所門是推拉門，那個下面那個滑軌容易卡住，打不開，把人困在廁所裏了，馬上打前台電話喊來解決，那個人説開門需要使勁抬起來再拉。我真的是無語。 其他的地方也是看起來很多年的樣子，而且他那個房間門，縫隙還挺大的，側邊會透光進來，感覺不是很安全，女士訂房的時候要慎重。 4.服務態度：就之前反饋的房間未打掃的問題，酒店一直拖延。 先是派阿姨來敷衍一下，後面升級到投訴酒店了，才派了個負責人來解釋，解釋的原因給你一種你活該花錢找罪受的感覺。 反饋酒店阿姨服務態度問題，她給我解釋，你是不瞭解這個阿姨的性格，她性格就是那樣，看着比較兇而已。 還打感情牌，阿姨每個月都是會被扣錢的，扣的金額比較多，我在想，那你不反思一下為啥這個阿姨每個月扣的錢多，既然你做了這個工作，就應該對這個工作負責任，是你的工作範圍內的事情，不是我的原因。 其次他們1號樓的態度也有問題，定的是一個高級雙床房，他説我的訂單是2號樓的，我問他那你這邊有相同的房型沒有，結果他説有，帶我去看房,結果是一個特惠雙床房,房間很小,就20平樣子。 實際我是定的40平，我在看房間，他就讓我家人付門店價格入住，取消攜程訂單。 我下去就直接問他，那你怎麼沒給我説要取消訂單走門店價格 ，你也不説清楚，就收我家人的錢。 她啞口無言，我真的無語。就去二號樓辦理入住了，結果...... 綜上所述，大大的差評。
