The hotel boasts a fantastic location, making transportation incredibly convenient. The rooms were immaculately clean. Lily provided exceptional service, always going above and beyond to assist with any request during my stay. For my second visit, she even had my luggage and room prepared for me ahead of time. Breakfast was delicious, and the facilities are top-notch and comprehensive, including a restaurant, a pool, and a gym. Niccolo will definitely be my first choice again on my next trip to Chengdu!

The hotel boasts a superb and convenient location, just a stone's throw from Chunxi Road Metro Exit C. There's so much to explore nearby: Daci Temple is right across the street, Taikoo Li is diagonally opposite, and Chunxi Road Pedestrian Street is next door, where you can catch a glimpse of the impressive naked-eye 3D screen and the iconic panda statue. The Chengdu location is conveniently situated opposite the bustling Taikoo Li and is also connected to a shopping mall, which is incredibly convenient. This hotel excels in both its location and facilities. Situated right within the International Finance Square (IFS), it offers seamless shopping even on rainy days, with direct access back to the hotel from the mall. Taikoo Li is just across the street, making it truly the most convenient hotel in Chengdu. The room's cleanliness and amenities were excellent, and the housekeeping staff were very prompt. Room service and other requests were handled efficiently, and the staff were all very friendly. From the moment we checked in, the welcoming ambassador, Lily, was incredibly warm and efficient. Check-in was swift, and any needs we had were addressed immediately. We had a very pleasant trip to Chengdu.
