We asked them to compensate us, but they said: "When the previous guests checked in, they didn't respond to the problem of the water heater. When we checked in, they only reported the problem of the water heater." We refuted it and clearly promised to provide 24 Hot water was available every hour, but by the time we checked out, the water heater had not been repaired. But they said that you can choose to check out at 12 noon. Really convinced. I was traveling and was very tired all day long. I wanted to take a hot bath and relax, but I encountered a problem with the water heater. They also said that there were no problems before we checked in; that the water heater only had problems after we checked in. What kind of fallacy and logic is this?

Not after paying the deposit. I would never live in such a famous hotel. It is completely different from the pictures on Ctrip. The key is that I live in two bedrooms and one living room. One of the rooms is locked🔒 and the toilet🚾light is flashing all night long. I didn't fall asleep, and the elevator upstairs is still broken. I suggest you don't stay here. There is a better hotel across the street. It's a B&B just for the location of the business district.

房間真的特別不好，在居民樓裏面，圖文明顯非常不符，房間裏還有個鎖起來的小房間，看着就滲人，廁所抽水馬桶也是一直在響，根本就不值200，倒貼都不會進入住的那種房間，嚇得根本沒敢住

這家店是一個酒店式公寓，你們拿到房卡就知道這家店咋樣了，廁所YW非常重，牙刷不敢用😂，總之強烈建議大家入住，不然你不知道什麼叫EX和某些老闆的CE嘴臉！

老闆人不錯，很熱情，可以放心入住

一般，整體感覺不行，廁所異味嚴重，地面也不是很乾凈

房間乾淨衞生，有電梯，

態度很好房間也不錯
