City Comfort Hotel (Chengduhongpailou Wuhou Avenue subway station store)

Facilities: Old and poor. The water in the shower room is slow. If you are not careful, the water will flood the Jinshan. Sanitation: OK. Environment: Noisy and not soundproofed. There were children running in the corridor in the first half of the night. The TV next door was too loud in the second half of the night. It felt like the sound was playing right above my head. The air conditioner was very noisy. Service: No experience I have stayed in this hotel many times. Every time the room I was assigned had problems with the water supply, and the room was not equipped with sandals. I had to stand up barefoot when taking a shower. Water flowed everywhere and it was easy to slip.

去看房間時都是一樣的房間，結果到前台就説房型不一致，價格不同，特價房就衹給電梯邊上靠馬路的，衞生也差，設施不好，就配個牙刷都差得不得了，地漏也不漏水，服務也不好

太吵了，隔音不好，安排了靠大道的房間，半夜的車子吵的不行，隔音不好，車子在外面行駛的聲音都很大， 環境：還可以 衞生：還可以

酒店衞生真的很不錯，床上用品也很舒服，唯獨接受不了的就是前台收銀，對待住客愛搭不理的那種感覺，還有一個男的，應該是個管理的，我在大廳休息，坐在我旁邊就吸煙，洗的烏煙瘴氣的，這種是服務行業很忌諱的，第二天早上我讓服務員送個拖鞋，保安送過來的，來的時候臉色很難看，我就客氣的説了一聲謝謝，人家直接不理會，再次説聲謝謝的時候才勉強的吱一聲，更奇葩的時候第二天退房，我都坐飛機到家裡給我打電話退房還是續住，我早上明明退房，房卡都給前台小姐姐了，這説明他們的管理真的一塌糊塗，這方面加強一下就真的不錯了，畢竟是連鎖酒店，不是單體酒店，客人的要求稍微有一點點高的。
