Very good location and friendly staffs. Hotel has a washing machine and dryer on both 3rd floor and 14 floor.

Friendly services from all staffs but special shout out to 张沁, guided us with train ticket booking etc. Room is clean and spacious. Great area to stay, near attraction points. Only down side is the room is not that soundproof…

breakfast delicious and daily changed, smoking problem, bars surrounding the hotel a bit noise before 12 but ear plugs in the room for free if one really need staff is friendly daily free coconut coffee very good located

Located right next to the bar streets and the famous bridge, not far away from Taikooli. Plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. Our room had a cute little balcony with a city view, very quiet at night.

Lovely stay at the Hidden House! Staff were friendly and willing to assist in many ways. Room was clean and we enjoyed the complimentary tea set. Breakfast was also delicious!

Though about far to walk from nearest subway dongmen bridge in the autumn sun, it is close to a lot of places. Would recommend the place and the staff are all very helpful. Nice walk along the river

Really clean room, and great great service, amazing staff that helped me with my stay as well as recommend where to go and helped me to book a taxi when I was running late. Great view too

Hotel and room was very aesthetically pleasing, clean and spacious. Staff were all very friendly and we could request for services via wechat, very convenient. We booked the room without breakfast but hotel included breakfast for us without additional charge when we checked in. Amenities were generally great. There was also free laundry service, but only 1 washing machine and 1 dryer, we had to wait a long time for our turn, would be great if there were more. Only downside was the wifi, we connected to the wifi but there was no internet. Generally would recommend and would stay again!

Service was top-notch and would love to return to this hotel when I'm back in Chengdu. Location is also very strategic as it is at the heart of Chengdu. Our rooms were right in front of the famous bridge and the view was fantastic. Beside has very good fried chicken stall. We booked 2 mini rooms before our arrival. However, we realised that the rooms were unable to fit our huge luggage and felt the need to upgrade our rooms. The service desk staff was quick to help us with the upgrade, providing us with minimal disruption to the booking. Room service was done everyday and the room constantly looks like it was the first time we are checking in. appreciate how friendly the staff was and they were equipped with suggestions to tourists.
