This hotel is like a Theme Hotel style. We were offered more than stated. Free porridge at 8pm! The room is clean and new. Xiao Liu and team were exceptionally helpful with our request especially with our MeiTuan order!! :)

This hotel is not in the center of Taikoo Li, but not far, still convenient by DD. It is by a river and we had a nice stroll while looking for our dinner place.
Our check-in was very pleasant, the receptionist is on 3rd floor, small but very nice and homey, we love it! We asked many questions about places to visit and to eat. The staff Xiao Liu was very helpful and pleasant, we added hotel's weixin for communication convenience.
We mistakenly booked a 2-bed room, and she helped us to easily change to a family room for 3 with no fuss. We are very happy with our room! Our room also comes with a complimentary snack basket, tea set, and foot bath bucket for a good night sleep. We very much recommend this hotel for travellers who like a more relaxed atmosphere.

Recommend this hotel! Location is very good. Subway station is in 10 mins. Also next to the hotel you can find a good park, delicious restaurants and caffès. Rooms is very comfortable and staff is really helpful. They gave me a great recommendations for different places that I asked. Also in the hotel you can find good breakfast with great view.

Hotel was very good. The view from the 14th floor in the night was amazing. Staff was extremely nice ! Location was 20 min walk from IFS. Lot of nice bars around and restaurants around.
