前台服務周到，辦理入住速度快，主動幫我換了個大一點的房間（在有多餘的空房間下）。服務員態度服務好、熱情。房間乾淨、寬敞，床鋪舒適。酒店位於市中心，交通便利，離春熙路大概16分鐘路程。酒店還挺信心的，喝水杯和涑口杯都準備的是一次性紙杯，紙杯還是一個一個用塑料袋密封了的。

來成都選了好多酒店，最後選了這家，房間很乾凈，圖片一致，前台工作人員服務很好，這裏去哪裡都很方便，去太古裏步行10分鐘就能到，下次來成都還選這家

住店第二天四樓才發現有洗衣房，不知道是自助洗衣還是酒店幫忙清洗。下次辦手續問一下。店的位置還是不錯的，周圍有一二號線，有共享單車，吃的也方便。還會選擇入住。

衞生和服務還可以，但是酒店設施不太OK，廁所特別容易堵，隔音也很差，還好送耳塞不然睡不了。酒店下面是個海鮮市場，步行去太古裏大概要15分鐘，酒店價格不貴

前台的小姐姐很熱情，給我們準備了熱茶，還有很多小零食，大廳環境不錯，有辦公的地方，一進門就能聞見很舒服的香氛味道，有機器人很方便可以送外賣。房間也很乾凈整潔，客房大姐很熱情。

這家酒店的保潔工作人員品德真的很差，退房時少裝了一件衣服，脱在床上的。行李也是寄放在酒店，走的時候才取。到家很晚就沒有打開行李箱，第二天收拾行李發現少了件衣服 ，想起脱了忘在床上，馬上打電話給酒店前台，結果等了兩天答覆説沒有，還推辭説可能在中途掉了……
真的很無語，取了行李就去趕動車回家，中途根本沒機會打開行李！
所以在這家住宿遺失物品是找不回的，以後再也不會選擇這家👋🏻
選擇住這家酒店的朋友要慎重考慮了……
