A very satisfying stay, with free afternoon tea and late night noodles. It rained a little these two days, and the handsome guy in the parking lot helped to wash the car. The service staff at the front desk and restaurant were also warm and thoughtful. There is a subway station in front of the hotel, which is a very convenient journey.

Actually, I wanted to say that the hotel is good in all aspects. I always stay in this hotel on business trips. I was a little disappointed this time. At first, I thought it was because I returned to the room late and the air conditioner was turned on late, so the temperature could not be lowered. Later, after taking a shower, the room was still quite hot, close to 27 degrees. I called the front desk and was told that the central air conditioner of the building was under maintenance... There was no way, the housekeeping depar**ent quickly sent a cooling machine... But it was really too noisy, and the cooling was average, not as good as a fan... Alas, I could only turn it off in the middle of the night when the room temperature dropped a little, and then go to bed. I didn't sleep well for 2 nights... Next time, I will consider changing to another hotel. The air conditioner of a hotel that costs more than 400 a night can't be used... Speechless.

Located in Chengdu Hi-tech Zone, the subway exit is right at the door, not far from the airport; the environment is beautiful and quiet, the hotel service awareness is in place, mineral water is provided at the front desk and the elevator entrances on each floor, there are afternoon tea and fruits; in the evening, the general manager also writes a card to care about the guests and sends fruit snacks; the room is decorated in Chinese style with electric curtains, the bedside can control the door to open, and the projection network TV; the breakfast buffet is rich and delicious. The service attitude and hotel grade are really worth the room price👍

Two families came to Chengdu for a visit during the Chinese New Year. The hotel is very close to the subway station, the breakfast is rich, and there is a bowl of noodles at 10 pm, which is very considerate. The hotel facilities are also very good, the central air conditioning is very warm, and the bed is very comfortable. The staff is warm and thoughtful, and the family is very satisfied.

The hotel is located at the entrance of Gaoxin subway station, which is quite convenient for travel. I am particularly satisfied that the hotel provides free midnight snacks. I didn’t have a good meal after a day of meetings. The hotel was very friendly to me who checked in late. The room was also good. The front desk upgraded my room type for free. I will stay here again next time I come to Chengdu.
