衞生問題:入住時給分的房間的衞生間裏有上一個住户留下的煙灰圖一，和前台溝通後給商家表示原因給換房間並免費送一份早餐。但換了的房子的床上又有上一個客户的毛髮圖二，吃人嘴短（其實早餐也不怎麼樣，沒有啥應該是員工餐）所以第二間我就沒有在和前台説了。除此之外入住了四天，保潔每天收拾垃圾的時候也會漏收的現象，吃完的蛋糕盒放在床頭沒有收。服務問題:前台工作人員都比較年輕，但卻像工作很久的老員工沒有熱情更沒有笑容，回覆簡單，比如你問一樓有沒有公共衞生間，衹會簡單的沒有，並不會告知那層樓有公共衞生間。設施問題:酒店無智能系統和智能馬桶，衹有一次性拖鞋沒有涼拖設施較為簡單。電梯裏的地毯也不像這個價位酒店應該有的樣子，比較臟而且不服帖。

這次入住整體體驗挺驚喜的，算是一次性價比超預期的住宿。先説位置，真的很方便，走路十分鐘就到文殊院，附近地鐵站也近，去哪兒都方便。晚上還能去文殊院那邊吃小吃，周圍小館子也多，生活氣息很濃。酒店本身比較新，裝修風格偏現代中式，乾淨利落又帶點小雅緻。一進大廳有股淡淡的茶香，前台還幫我免費升級了高樓層，説是視野更好。果然房間窗外看出去，景色一覽無餘。房間細節做得挺貼心，比如床頭有兩種燈光模式，一種暖黃柔和，一種適合看書的閲讀燈。浴室是乾濕分離，水壓穩定，洗護用品味道清新不膩，很加分。早餐種類可能因為新開業吧不算多，但質量還挺好，是套餐類型，很清新。有個小插曲，入住當天晚上門鎖有點小問題，打電話給前台，不到5分鐘師傅就上來了，很專業也很有禮貌。總結一下，如果你想住市中心又不想太吵，喜歡有點生活氣息、服務細緻、價格合理的酒店，安逸雲棲文殊路真的可以閉眼入。我下次來成都還會考慮再住。

從入住到退房全程體驗感拉滿！前台小姐姐辦理速度快，笑容特別親切，必須單獨誇誇前台的小徐，有需求響應得特別及時。房間乾淨得發亮，床品軟乎乎的，一夜好眠，必須五星好評，這個價位能有這樣的服務和環境，真的太驚喜了！房間沒有異味，設施齊全好用，隔音效果超出預期。員工都很熱情，住得安心又舒服，下次還來！最讓人難忘的是細節！床頭的USB充電口、柔軟的拖鞋、洗漱用品的品質都很在線。保潔阿姨打掃得特別細緻，連桌面都擦得一塵不染，能感受到酒店的用心。
