Inside room is fine, but the hotel is decorating.So hallway and front room cover with dust and cement scraps. Especially, smoking in toilet,which consume time for ventilation.

**Excellent Location & Comfortable Stay**
I recently stayed at the **NIHAO Hotel Chengdu Tianfu Square Subway Station Museum** and was thoroughly impressed. The location is unbeatable—right next to **Tianfu Square Metro Station**, making it incredibly convenient to explore Chengdu’s attractions, including the **Sichuan Museum**, **Chunxi Road shopping district**, and **Jinli Ancient Street**.
**Pros:**
✔ **Prime Location** – Steps away from the subway and within walking distance of major sights.
✔ **Clean & Modern Rooms** – The rooms were spacious, well-designed, and had comfortable beds.
✔ **Helpful Staff** – The front desk was courteous and provided great local recommendations.

✔ **Quiet & Relaxing** – Despite being in a central area, the soundproofing was excellent.

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel near Tianfu Square metro station and the museum. The location is excellent, and the breakfast was delicious with a good variety of options. Although there was some construction nearby, the hotel staff were very considerate and even checked in to see how well I slept. Their attention to detail and care made me feel very welcome. Highly recommended!

We got offered to stay at the hotel “JiHotel” upstairs on 8th floor as there’s not enough room available for us to check in, overall great services from front desk, nice room amenities and design, good location as it near to metro and bus stations

I really appreciate the small young lady with the glasses at the front office. She was extremely helpful & very accommodating during check in and check out even though there was a language barrier between us but she really put full effort to help accommodate me from the room, ordering late night food, translating words, etc. Also appreciate the other front office member who is a short young man that helped me out with my laundry with washing & drying a few nights ago at 3am. Also have to appreciate the housekeeping team for always cleaning up the rooms daily with full service. I would stay again, as the service value is of good standard. This is my first review as I’m normally picky with hotels, this one deserves 5 stars in all aspects. Good location, convenient to walk to the massive underground mall right across the street. Thank you to the small lady with glasses for the panda doll as I will give it as a souvenir to my puppy.

Super clean room, comfortable bed, giant TV screen, very good hot shower.
We only had problems with cigarette smoke smell coming from the vent system sometimes, unfortunate in a nonsmoking room.
The breakfast was exceptionally good.
Service was good and there were enough restaurants and stores nearby, shopping street is just around the corner.

Located slightly above Tianfu Square Metro Station and Chengdu Museum, it is with walkable distance to many places of interest. Right below the hotel, there's a pharmacy and a Kongfu Panda souvenir store with lower price than tourist places. The hotel is new, and we're greeted with helpful & courteous staffs throughout our 5D/4N stay. Best of all, this hotel comes with free laundry room with a commercial washer, dryer and steam iron. There's a lounge, gym room, luggage deposit room, and a breakfast buffet area. Best of all, the room comes with heated toilet seat, auto flush system and double lock room door. Will book this hotel again on my next Chengdu visit. 10 stars...👍🏻
