A hotel that makes people angry and funny 1. Facilities and environment: The hotel was newly opened in 2025. The facilities and environment are advantages. This is as it should be. But the room still smells. This is inconsistent with the information I asked about the hotel before booking. You can't have both new and old and clean. But I hope to know the actual situation before deciding whether to stay. After all, there are elderly and children traveling with me. 2. Hygiene: Hygiene is acceptable in the all-season category, but after extending my stay, I returned to the hotel to ask whether the room had been cleaned. The front desk told me that it had been cleaned, but when I got to the room, it was not. I understand that there was a shortage of staff during the Spring Festival, so I asked for room cleaning again when I went out for dinner at night. The front desk staff took the initiative to ask if the sheets and quilt covers needed to be changed. I was surprised and touched. I confirmed that they needed to be changed and expressed my gratitude. When I returned to the room at around 10pm, I saw the situation in Figures 3 and 4. The sheets and quilt covers were not changed at all, but the spare parts were simply replenished and replaced. I cleaned it up in a perfunctory manner. 3. Service: I definitely cannot say that there was no service. For example, they gave children panda dolls as gifts, and took the initiative to get a packed breakfast when they went out early in the morning. These were all very impressive. However, as you are a new store, how come the shower water is not hot? Is this the most basic hardware condition for a hotel? When I raised the issue again after extending my room the next day, I got an adjusted answer, but it still wasn't hot at night. 4. Summary: I can see that your hotel wants to provide good customer service, but lacks staff training and standardized process for solving problems. I booked a package with breakfast on Ctrip (Figure 2), but suddenly found that the hotel bill did not include breakfast (Figure 1). Although I didn't have breakfast in your hotel on the first day because I went out early, please give me a reasonable explanation for this situation. In addition, please pay attention to facial expression management and language expression of your store staff, think about what the customers think, and worry about what the customers worry about.
