Haoke Collection Hotel (Chengdu East Railway Station West Square)

This is my second time staying at this hotel, and once again, it did not disappoint. The staff are friendly and helpful, and the room is clean, bright, and most importantly is free from any smoke smell. The hotel rooms are located on the 29th floor, offering a beautiful view of the city. There are plenty of eateries just downstairs, so you’ll never go hungry. If you’d like to explore more food options, Chengdudong Railway Station is only a 10–15 minute walk away and has even more choices. Highly recommended! Although it’s actually a residential building, Hakoe occupies the entire floor and feels just like a proper hotel. The only thing that hasn’t changed is the lift , it’s still quite slow, but that’s a small issue compared to the overall great stay.

The service was good. The place was clean. Downstairs very convenient with food and supermarket.

We stayed here for one night to catch an early train. Good location but nothing special in the neighborhood. We did enjoy the steam buns around the corner at 05:45 in the morning 😁

The hotel room is clean and modern. The front desk staff are friendly and helpful. The location of the hotel is convenient for those who want to catch a train at Chengdudong Train Station as it is just a few minutes walk distance.

Chengdu East Railway Station is ＜15 min walk. I had to walk farther to catch the metro towards the city center (People's Park, Jinli, etc.), but it was still ＜20 mins to the metro station, and DiDi was also pretty cheap if you're short on time. It was a little hard to find from the street, but I was able to find the hotel based on the pictures. It's in building A. You have to walk around towards the back where many vendors sell food to find the building entrance. Because it's on the 29th floor, you may be riding the elevator for a while as many people get off the elevator before you. My room was clean and cozy. I liked that the toilet and shower were fully separate. Hot water came in seconds after I turned on the faucet, and the A/C also warmed up the room relatively quickly. I left my suitcase as I went to Jiuzhaigou for 2 days before coming back to check in for a second night, and luggage storage was free and safe. The staff were friendly and offered me some fruits my second night. I had a great stay overall.
