Good location, very new and spacious ! will recommend to my friends.

Second visit to the hotel and they did not disappoint. Love the design of the room. The orange details can be found in almost everything in the room. The location is amazing. Everything is great!

Good: New hotel, clean room with more than enough space, and friendly staff. Location is near shopping district . Cons: The hotel is relatively new, some of the things are still working in progress for e.g. when we arrived, the lift at our floor doesn't have the small digital sign to show which floor the lifts are at so we always have to look out for the lift door that opens. Secondly, the room does not have do not disturbed sign button and on certain days, when we turned on the aircon to 18 degree, it was blasting hot air. We resorted to opening the window to sleep. The toilet is designed oddly also, to go to the shower, one must go to the toilet and enter another door into the shower room. Gym facilities is limites to threadmill only. Unfortunately, one of our parcel delivered to the hotel went missing and we were quite helpless as the hotel staff and deliverer kept pushing us away and no one really was helping. It was the 4th time that we went back and seek help from manager Ma, who then helped us to speak to the seller and platform. However, the whole time, the hotel refuses to check the cctv on where our parcel went to. In the end, we manage to get a 50% refund from the platform and suffered quite some losses. The guy whom we first reached out to although provided help, upon reaching out to him for the 2nd time, he was quite reluctant and whiny about the situation. Also, this is a non smoking hotel. However, hotel stayers did not abide to it and we could smell the cigarette smell in the hallway, and also in our toilet. We called the hotel concierge quickly and cigarette smell in the hallway was quickly dismissed. The hotel gifted us a present on our last day when we checked out which we thought was a nice gesture. However, when opening it, we found a few strands of hair in the bag... The gift was some sweets and 2 handwrist panda. Lastly, when booking car hailing ride to the hotel, all platforms ends outside of the hotel which caused some incoveniences as my knee was injured and the hotel main door to outside has quite a number of steps and stairs step that were high.

We really like the hotel, the room is spacious and the location is very convenient. I forgot my foundation in the room after check out. The reception helped me to find and kept it for us. The service was great and we booked another night after we come back from other city.

Highly recommended. Love the orange theme. Close to Tianfu Square and hence very centralised.
